Welcome to ነዳጅ አለ ("Nedaj Ale," "we," "us," or "our"). Nedaj Ale is a smart fuel discovery platform operated by Fava Technologies, designed to help drivers in Ethiopia locate nearby fuel stations, view real-time fuel availability, and navigate efficiently.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Nedaj Ale application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Description of Service

Nedaj Ale provides a platform that aggregates information regarding fuel station locations, fuel types (Benzene and Diesel), estimated travel times, amenities (cafés, garages, parking), and user-generated reviews. The App utilizes third-party services, including Google Maps, for navigation assistance.

4. Information Accuracy and Disclaimer

Critical Notice:

• Real-Time Data: While we strive to provide accurate, real-time data regarding fuel availability and pricing, this information is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Fuel availability is subject to rapid change due to supply chain constraints, and we do not guarantee that the information displayed is 100% accurate at the exact moment you arrive at a station.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying fuel availability, pricing, and station hours directly with the fuel station before traveling. Nedaj Ale is a tool for assistance, not a substitute for personal verification.
• Third-Party Links: The App contains links to Google Maps. We are not responsible for the accuracy or functionality of external services.

5. User-Generated Content (Reviews and Ratings)

The App features community-driven reviews, ratings, and insights.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you submit. You agree not to post false, defamatory, or misleading information.
• Rights: By posting content, you grant Fava Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content within the App.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the functionality of the App.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Scrape or copy data from the App for commercial use without prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the App, including the name "ነዳጅ አለ," are the exclusive property of Fava Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fava Technologies, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of time, loss of fuel, or damages resulting from reliance on station availability data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
